How we run
This is not a marketing page — it’s an operating document. It records how Notique actually runs: what’s automated, and where humans remain. We update it as the boundary moves.
Structure — four layers

Direction and priorities, quality standards and boundaries, the design of the company's structure, final accountability
Control layer
Project cards as the single source of truth, focus declarations, human approval gates — a self-built control system tracks state, deadlines, and tasks across every project
Agent layer
Development, deployment, research, content drafts — LLM-based agent sessions do the execution and report back into the control layer
Automation layer
30+ always-on jobs — uptime monitoring, data collection, and publishing pipelines run without a human
Orders don’t flow top-down. The human refines the structure — cards, standards, gates — and the other layers run on top of it. Human involvement lives in structural design, not step-by-step verification.
