Visit analytics and cross-border transfer
- Legal basis
- Google Analytics 4 loads only after you click 'Allow' on the banner (consent under Article 28-8(1)(1) of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act). Everything works the same without it.
- Data collected
- Cookie identifier, pages viewed and time, usage events such as button clicks and form submissions (not what you type), browser and device type, approximate region inferred from IP
- Purpose
- Usage statistics such as visits and inquiry conversions, to improve the pages

- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — https://support.google.com/policies

- Sent over the network each time you view a page after allowing

- Google Analytics event retention of 14 months (configured), then deleted
- How to refuse
- Click 'Not now' on the banner, or change it with 'Analytics settings' on this page or the site footer. Refusing has no effect on what you can use.
AX chat (/ax/chat): conversation text is sent to OpenRouter, Inc. (US), which relays it to one US inference provider (DeepInfra, Parasail or DigitalOcean) to generate answers and reports. Each request is pinned to these providers with data collection denied and no fallback to others, so nothing is sent to DeepSeek or other providers in China. OpenRouter does not store prompts or completions, only request metadata such as token counts. The chat only sends messages after you tick the consent checkbox (unticked by default); if you decline, the chat is unavailable but the inquiry form still works. Do not enter personal details in the chat.
